Breakaway Type III Barricade
TrafFix Devices’ Breakaway Type III Barricades utilize the all-plastic Phoenix Rail and uses uni-strut Telespar Square Tubing with breakaway base, bracket and detachable feet. The TrafFix Devices Breakaway Type III Base yields to impacting vehicles. Easily detachable feet allow for efficient transportation, assembly and storage. The Plastic Phoenix Rail panels and can be custom sheeted. The Breakaway Type III Barricade is NCHRP 350 approved.

Phoenix Type III Barricade
The Phoenix Type III Barricade from TrafFix Devices is lightweight making it easy for a single worker to setup or breakdown. It comes complete with (2) 72″ plastic pre-drilled uprights which attach to (2) 40 lb. recycled rubber and steel bases. The recycled rubber and steel bases nest together for easy storage and transport and each have a quick release pin for easy removal of the barricade uprights. The Phoenix Type III Barricade is compatible with the Plastic Phoenix Rail panels and can be custom sheeted. The Phoenix Type III Barricade is NCHRP 350 approved.

Phoenix Barricade Rail
Phoenix Barricade rails are made from impact resistant polyethylene to withstand the rough treatment found in construction work zones. If you’re tired of broken wood or bent metal barricade panels, Phoenix Rails are the answer for you. Plastic Phoenix rails can be custom sheeted and can be used with Metro A-Cade Barricades, Type III Barricades or as a stand alone product for Gateway systems.
A-Cade Barricade
TrafFix A-Frame is made of rigid impact resistant polyethylene. The A-Frame barricade leg is sand fillable for ballasting, stackable for storage and transportation. Each A-Frame barricade leg can be used with the TrafFix I-Beam Rails, Phoenix Plastic Rails, 1″ × 8″ or 2″ × 8″ nominal lumber. NCHRP 350 accepted with (2) standard or “D” cell barricade lights.

Metro A-Cade Barricade
Each Metro-A-Cade is designed with a barricade light mounting hole that can accommodate 1 standard or 1 “D” cell barricade light. The Metro-A-Cade is economical and is compatible with 1 or 2 Phoenix Plastic Rails, or 1″ × 8″ or 2″ × 8″ nominal lumber. NCHRP 350 accepted with (2) standard or “D” cell barricade lights.
